Rare sighting in Aberdeenshire...

Post by gn2 »

Was on my way to work today when I saw an unusual looking beastie going past, it was a blue BMW C600
Few miles up the road saw it again, but the guy was off and pushing it along with the hazards on....
Stopped to offer help, it had run out of fuel.
Gave him a lift to petrol station, if I hadn't been on my way to work and tight for time I would have taken him back to his scooter.
Felt bad about that. :(

Wow, he must have been strong!
A few years ago my Honda Silverwing 600 broke down.
After only 10 yards of pushing on a flat road I was a worn out wreck!

No I'm afraid I didn't see the poor BMW owner. Good on you to give him a lift! Did you sign him up to the muppets? :-)

Guy was probably lucky I didn't have time to ask him a million questions about his Beemer and bore him rigid about speedos, service intervals and suchlike.....
Have to say that the C600 does look fantastic, but one thing women have taught me is that the ones which look the best are not necessarily the easiest to get along with...
