The Bandit is a garage queen, virtually no miles between mot's new seals a couple of years ago, nice and shiny black and chrome, braided lines and other bling, custom seat and aftermarket can, renthal bars, chrome engine bars etc.
At some point a cat c so someone's rebuild project in the past. Colour change too, so maybe a bit of a bitsa but apart from raising an eyebrow the mot man accepted it as legal. (after a small prob with the chassis number was put right). Mileage is all over the place so it's a case of 'as is' It's a T reg.

I took it out the week I was home in June, with the intention of gifting it to a dealer, like you do, but decided after a mile or two that I would keep it. On putting it back in the lockup noticed oil pissing out of forks all over the brake caliper. They must have shrunk due to lack of use. No mot and sorned now.

If when you extract the burger someone wants to make me an offer for it that isn't too humiliating so be it. It's been on my conscience for a couple of years, I should really do something about it.

I'm thinking may have jumped gun on this and would see more on my own scooter and going for longer .I never been to Portugal or that side of Spain and get to see both plus some old Spanish cities if do the return trip .Need week minimum 10 days better I think .So basically the Burgman delivery rider better with some one with less time to spare .Still interested in Team Muppet trip tho

Steve Wilson Can be cold at night, especially when higher up in the North. Best description - like a warm April/early May here. Sun & showers, so layers are good. Great time to go though.

Obviously up to everyone what they do accommodation wise just seeing if camping was feasible .

So Pikey I could ride Burger down (whole reason for the post), with the group if early April (fits with Lyn) and do the fly back deal.

Not so keen if on my tod, so could your extended tour take in the delivery as 1st part??
