Re: Normandy Invasion countdown
Hi Julian, We haven't heard from you for a few days now and I was wondering how the fuel situation was?
Yesterday is history, tomorrow a mystery but today is a gift!
Re: Normandy Invasion countdown
No problems at all I'm near Verdon gorge now for 3 nights before going to the coast .None of Vespa riders had problems .One guy had fuel can confiscated on ferry but was on show. One pump had no filling jerry cans on that's about it .I've been using hypermarket station fill ups .

Pikey's Travel tips
I think there was talk of pre pay credit card where you put money on for your trip .Just a tip I have an FX one where you load money on in euro when rate is good and it stays that value in euros .One down side is it doesn't work on pay at pump fuel which may have to do on a Sunday and doesn't work on tolls .Everything else is fine it even worked on automated check in at Premiereclasse. Any manned fuel stop ,shop ,resturants ect will be okay .Pikey's travel tip of the day .

How about the floods! Saw the TV Paris underwater! Stay safe.
I wake up every morning with a smile upon my face,
My natural exuberance spills out all over the place!
