I suppose it is pretty good but I mainly use the Silverwing for longer rides which require less braking and I only ever brake gently as well - except for emergencies obviously...2wheelover51 wrote:That's pretty good for a set of brake pads Cookie. Many people don't get that from their engines!

Took a brave pill and fitted my Honda Top Box, took about 3 hours! But I'm not that good at diy.
Hardest job was making the key lock up. Thought it would come with another key and lock already installed.

Subjected it to a 200 mile circumnagavation of the Lake District including a most unscooter like thrashing along the A595 and then a return via Hartside.
Scootie seemed to enjoy it
