It's nigh on impossible to fit to a Helix too! The only place it will go is under the N/S front panel, and the only realistic way to attach it to anything is with cable ties. On the 110 Cub I mentioned earlier there was nowhere, so it ended up suspended under the top box... with cable ties. It didn't seem to mind being open to the elements, and was extra loud because of it.

I had a GPR Exhaust fitted to mine when the original rotted away. Louder and deeper than standard, but not unpleasant. I did, however, notice that after starting from cold, I needed to wait a bit before pulling away as it felt like the bike was building-up compression and had no power. It was fine after 30-45 seconds, but the days of hopping on it and departing straight away were over. The garage could not find anything wrong, suggested I replace the lambda-sensor to see if that makes a change. I didn't, just got used to it, then sold the bike to someone who had time to tinker with it.
