Well everyone's different and have their own likes and dis-likes which is fair enough.

As for engine noise on the whole they're pretty quiet considering they're still an OHV air cooled motor.
They've had hydraulic tappets for many a year and the engines are in general pretty long lasting.

I used to have Allspeeds on my 350YPVS and had to push it to the end of the street when I stayed over at my GF, before I started it ringading a ding ding !!

Im having an arrow can fitted on me sh300it , next week on its 1st service, , cant wait.

I quite like to see a retro Harley now and again but loud pipes scream "look at me, I'm prematurely deaf"
