I got to try the new sport screen today and I have to say I'm very satisfied.
I went up to 85mph and as I hoped it covers my upper body, up to the neck leaving the helmet in the wind, thus eliminating buffeting noise.
The only negative is that there are more bugs hitting the visor but I can live with that.

Sounds like my Cut down screen solution on the mk1 Tmax - the real snag was that in winter the visor got covered in gunge, dirt and spray from cars almost instantly....

Daft question. Have you tried ear plugs? The Xevos screen is enough to give me tinnitus after a 30 mins on the motorway but now I use ear plugs all the time and it's great, very comfortable and I get them for free from work

No such problems here. We don't drive bikes in the winter. :p
But I do get the bugs. Sometimes when a big one hit I think I smell meat. lol

I don't use earplugs. I used an in-ear headset for the phone and recently got a pair of Koss I-Spark. It's like earplugs with tiny speakers stuck on them. Cuts down the noise significantly and allows me to listen to the GPS and music.
I ordered a pair of the JVC Marshmallows for the wife. Same thing smaller size. Pink colour.
