I bought my Honda SH300, July 2011, have done 6500 miles since and plan on trading it in for either a Vespa GTS300,SYM GTS 300 or Kymco DT300. Just can't decide yet.

I usually change mine every 1 to 2 years depending on how bored I get with them. I used to buy brand new but got fed up with the depreciation as even though I keep my scoots fully serviced at the dealers and thoroughly clean them every week I find most dealers only offer bottom book price at trade in time :(

I'm now actually running the oldest scooter I'v ever owned ( 99 Foresight 250 ) but it has very low mileage and has a full service history but next spring when I'v finished paying off the finance on my LML ( which is a keeper ) I might be tempted to go for a more modern maxi again ( Quite fancy a 2/3 year old SYM GTS 300 actually )

Then again I wouldn't mind a used LML 200 4 stroke as they have just started to become available 2nd hand for around the 2 grand mark & I understand they are more reliable than the 2 strokes & more relaxing to ride.

Burgman 650 for 2 years and a Swing125 for 6 months, I'm finding out that the 125 is all you really need, if you have plenty of time for your journey, I do have.

My current and first scooter is my Burgman 400z abs. Pleased as punch with it, and had it for 6 months now. Intend to keep it for the foreseeable future. In the past I've kept my motorcycles for anything up to 10 years, usually owning more than one at a time. However, now it's a bit different. The Burgman is all I want and need and I'll never be going back to a motorcycle now that maxi scooters are so good.
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!

Been riding for 55 years & owned too many bikes to list here...

I've had my agility RS for 3 yrs now from new, my first PTW.
I am now on the look out for a maxi but are spoiled for choice. New or 2nd hand (finances will probably dictate) 300/400 or higher cc., legal to ride anything after October no restricted licence. :D
