All the bruising is surfacing now... have some on my ankle up to my calf and a patch on the inside of my foot, must have really wrenched it as it still feels tender from the calf downwards. Really wish I got the cnuts number plate and been recording it on video.

Report it now...
He may of done something similar before or after to someone else, and they may of got his plate and reported?
People like that don't usually 'Drive-Like-A-Cock' the once, or for one event - they see it as acceptable...
Keep an eye out - often peopel like you, travel the same route daily, regular, or on a pattern... within 5 - 10 mins each journey... get his plate then and update the records...

Reported the same day it happened, and because of the fog all I got was a white unmarked van... no idea of make or anything so he's pretty much anonymous.

Sorry mate - Once again anonymity and stupidity wins.

He should be strung up, but won't be, and was probably laughing about it all the way to the pub that evening.
Even with video footage and number, I'm not sure that the police would be very interested, as you haven't been hurt badly enough to make the front page of the local paper, let alone the nationals. Sometimes no amount of evidence is enough if the will is not there.

Just recently we had yet another break in at my plant, and, as the IT manager, it fell to me to go through the video footage to see if there was anything worth passing over. After 6 hours of plodding through the files, I have fifteen minutes of footage from three different cameras, a positive identification of 1 of the 2 rogues by 3 of the 4 people who saw the video, and a partial ID on the getaway vehicle, including the plate.

The response was, "We'll keep it on file, but there's not enough to feel any collars".

Makes you wonder what would be required?
