I suppose we should point out to the OP that you don't have to buy up the entire store, you can get by with a reasonably small biking wardrobe, it's just that some of us get tempted far too often!!

Hmmm yes...I've got far too many bike jackets and an almost uncountable number of pairs of gloves!

And Derry boots got leathers but too this tall fat man cant get his belly into them.

I had a pair of Alito trousers & and a full rsr jacket.. they saw me through four years but were getting a bit tatty, so I bought a spada Dakar jacket and trousers and spada boots.

Me too I've still got a brand new pair of top-notch Joe Rocket gloves bought about 5 years ago from a US EBay seller (who sent stuff marked as gift - no duty/VAT). Such a good deal, about £20 a pair IIRC and worth £100, so I bought two pairs and not yet started on the 2nd pair yet.
As I do more scoot riding now I tend to use simpler but very comfy options, bought from place like Tchibo (TCM) and always on the lookout on EBay for bargain new options like a neat pair of Racer winter gloves. It's always handy to have spares already lined up, so you pick them up at the right price instead of having to pay whatever you can find when needed.

Textile Jacket,
Belstaff mesh jacket.
Hood Jeans.
Warm heavy duty water proof textile trousers.
Alpinestar Boots.
Summer gloves.
Winter gloves.
Always where boots jeans and jacket, even if popping to the shops.
