Ive had three Fiat 126s, one dog, one not bad an an absolute minter I sold in 2007. Regret selling it, best car ever I just adore them. I would kill for a mint one now but there aint many left and a lot for sale are LHD Polish abused cars.

Id happily never drive another car if they still made em now.... except the water cooled BIS model which was dreadful.

There was a great story of an Italian guy in a 126, he was driving home in heavy snow and never saw a single vehicle on one road at night. He thought the jouney a little bumpier than usual. Next day was a news story of the snow storms and how people were trapped and roads completely blocked. They then showed some footage of a blocked road with just one set of tyre tracks..... under the tracks were the roofs of buried cars stuck on the road!!!! Yes, it was he that did that.
