The original PCX had a speed limiter set to 62.5 which corresponds to 67 on the speedo.
Not sure if the new version is similarly limited.
With the belt wear mine now hits the limiter at 59, so its probably only going about 55.
Normal service should be resumed next month with new belt and rollers due at 15.000 miles
