Popped out to the Fish Shop on my Baby Burgman 125. Parked it on the side stand came out 5 minutes later and its been blown over. I can't believe it!
It was absolutely mint condition.
Scratches down the left hand leg shields and its smashed the extra large Givi Screen.
Its my second Bike but it was so clean and tidy an 07 with less the 1350 miles on the clock.
Its a bit blustery but I didn't think it was that gusty.
It has made me feel sickened. The Bike was show room condition.

That's why I always use the centre stand.
The wind was 30mph gusting 50mph on my way home yesterday, interesting on a PCX.

Sorry to hear that Fella - gutter.
So with the wind behind you does it still do 62.5mph?gn2 wrote:That's why I always use the centre stand.

If you want to be incrementally better: Be competitive. If you want to be exponentially better: Be cooperative.

It really didn't seem that windy on the ride there. Ruined my evening anyway. Turns out the screen is the most expensive option.
Anyone know a good body shop around Wakefield?

No, the belt has 14,000 miles of wear on it so top speed is less than that now.anonstarter wrote:So with the wind behind you does it still do 62.5mph?
The easy way to get a PCX over 62.5 is to freewheel down a very steep slope with the engine off.
Use the engine and 62.5 is your lot.
As for the wind, it was never behind, always from the front or a cross wind, at one point the speed was down to 40 on the flat with the throttle wide open.
