HI Chaps, i'm after some data, anyone know where you download a manual for the k2 400 carbed model please?.
I want to know the alternator output in watts or amps please?
I'm just fitting some nice toasty heated grips, and wanted to know the margin for error we have here, am i going to get warm hands and a flat battery?
Ive done the grips, they were a piece of cake to do, the controller is going on the right side of the dashboard surface mounted.
I'm also fitting a battery monitor led arrangement, and i'm pulling clocks apart and fitting the single 5mm led inside speedo housing. very trick.
I'm amazed there is nothing to warn of a charging failure, till it all goes dark...
The second amazing thing i find is that there is no low oil pressure lamp???Anyone fitted one?

There is Haynes workshop manual coming out for the Burgy 400, it should have been out in the summer but was postponed to this month (Dec)
