First ride to Hawes this year

Predicted to be a good day today so, time for a longer stretch of the legs, perfect weather for riding, so off to Hawes.Lovely open road and few cars about,about a dozen or so bikes parked up. Road works in Town Centre,they are putting paving flags outside the little cafe, were you used to be able to park, looks like widening the pavement area. I came through Settle to get here but rode back through Ingleton and along the A65 to turn off and come back on the country lanes, a really enjoyable day out, although iwas glad of my handlebar mitts and heated vest as it got a bit cold coming back
