Tmax broken AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post by StevenM »

When I fianlly got home my dad took apart the bike to find the secondary pulley is knackered, I need the one of the two pulleys, which from aj sutton is £176, I found one on ebay for £15 so will try this before I spend £176. I can't believe I travelled more than 1200kms before this happened, I was gutted. :( so hopefully an easy fix.

Hello Steve,

Hope the ebay one fixes the problem. Luckily you were on this side of the Channel when it went 'tits up'. As I said at the roadside 'At least it isn't raining'. Has Liam smoked all your baccy yet? :)

Cheers,

I hope this makes sense. lol. In the link below I need 20(secondary sliding sheave)+25(spring seat comp). On the 20 it has 4 long holes for the pins so it can open and close, the pin goes up and down but a chunk of each hole has shattered(will add photo at weekend as the bike is in sheffield at my parents house) so the sheave gets jammed. My dad thinks this may be the cause of all the belts i've been going through. Like I said I will add photos when I can.
