Why won't his insurance pay out?

It looks like it has a Italjet Dragster steering column on it, do you know what bike/scooter it was maybe some mates of mine could help with parts if it's a Dragster.

Stuck a request on the GTS site, quite a few of them owned dragsters over the years so might have a few bits and pieces floating about.
