Hi all
I've browsing this site for a little while now while i've been tring to scrape some money together to get my first scooter. Hoping to do my CBT in january and top of my list is a xmax 125. I went to spain in the summer & saw loads of different scooters but I like the size & road presence of the xmax, if any of you have any opinions good or bad about the xmax that would be great.

Hi and welcome, not had an X-Max myself but from reading owners reviews it appears to be a well regarded choice of scooter with good build quality and practical for daily use.

Re: Scooter virgin in Manchester
Well after 6 months of should I or shouldn't I buy a scooter I have finally done it, sorted my CBT & bought a X8 125. Now I can't believe I spent so long fannying about, I should of done it years ago. I've only been riding a week & I love it (the weather is helping) I actually arrive at work with a smile on my face & i'm getting more confident on it with every trip. Now I've just got to test myself in the rain which i'm not looking forward to but nevermind & start heading further out rather than just riding into Trafford Park & back every day.
