BMW special editions

Post by Bluebottle »

I'm told BMW scooter sales were over 11800 by the end of July and there are new colours, dashboard and a few changes for next years

I don't think its been mentioned here before about the special editions of the sport.
Two models named after their race drivers, 99 units of each, both with Akro exhaust and custom seat
"Spengler" with matt black base colour
"Tomczyk" with white base
But there only available from Germany

Pic of black one here

Very smart. I'm thinking of having my Tmax liveried up to advertise my business, might do something similar.

Are the 11800 scooters sold the worldwide figures? I suppose they must be because I haven't seen another beemer on the road in the UK since buying mine 9 months ago.

That is worldwide,
it would be more than half of all maxi sales if it was the UK figure.

At ten grand a pop that's a lot of turnover.
