never thought it would be so hard to get a sym serviced . my local dealer has gone out of business, an local shop said sorry it's not jap so we don't normally do them...so may have to sell it an get something else ,just so i can get it serviced... :x

just source the parts yourself.... oil filter + oil then periodic air filter change and grease up levers etc and a plug every 2nd service :D
I cant seem to remember.. I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way.

the simple stuff i can do , but it's due for belt an rollers..not something i can manage..

Any place that services scooters will be able to do it, the service manual is freely available on the interweb in .pdf form and contains all the information anyone would ever need for doing a routine service.

i'm worcester based ,
an GN2 ,not so in my local dealers case they won't touch it unless japanese..?

you can give them a call and buy the belt and rollers yourself from say here

dont use bob he is ok with old stuff but wont use him for newer machines (used to work three arches down so know him faily well)

is streffords still about ## gregory mill street

or take it to cjs in droitwich only down the road and he is ok

or there is a new one on hampton lovett ind est droitwich
