Hi all, just joined. Having had 2 of my kids each use the same Piaggio Nrg for 2 years each, it had been kicking around the garden for a while. Not having had a bike on the road for a while, I thought it would be a nice little project to get it all cleaned up and ready for the next offspring to use in 2 years time. Well, I got it all fixed up and back on the road and have been using it myself to run around on. Great fun! Not ever considered a scoot before but loving it round town and for the commute to work. Looking to get myself something bigger now with a bit more go, tmax or gts300? Any recommends from you guys? Cheers

Hello and welcome. I have owned a Tmax mk1 and was great fun, fast, looks great, handled great and was really good in France last year. Not tried the gts so can't comment on that.

Depends if you want something sporty with some decent weather protection or a nippy 'cool' classic.

What's your budget, what's the max daily distance you'll go, do you foresee any longer trips & do you need regular 2-up capability/comfort?

HI Bazza and welcome the t max would be a great choice but there is so much to choose from ,so depends on budgets .If you ask on here you will get honest owner reviews not the fabricated crap in the press .
