Hi,

Post by jeremy »

I'm new and struggling.
I saw in Google search that Maxi-Muppets had a topic by a MaxMup member named j.newton1 regarding modifying the side stand on a 2012 Sym Symphony 125SR to prevent it from automatically retracting whenever the slightest weight or movement of the scooter ocurrs.
I can't seem to add a post or send a message to j.newton1.
I want to contact him because he said he had a simple fix to remove this problem and that he was willing to share the knowledge.
If anyone else has a fix for this, I would be obliged to hear because at the moment the side stand is unsafe to leave the scooter on it.
I'm very aware that it is my responsibility to ensure that I raise the side stand before riding away.

Looking forward to replies.

Jeremy
