I got back to the bike to find it had moved slightly from where I parked it this morning.
The lock was now at the bottom of the front wheel and on proper inspection I saw all the damage....
Well its loads to me the bike is only a bloody month old.
Handle bar end scuffed and marks on the end of the break leaver.
The belly panel on the right side looking from the front has gouges by the foot plate, I guessing from where it went over.
At least someone picked it up.
Any idea how much panels are just for reference, I cant afford to replace it plus what's to say it wont happen again
I guess someone knocked my bike over

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Do you know if there are any CCTV cameras near where you parked that could perhaps shed a little more light on what happened?
With regard to making good the panel damage +1 with Funkycowie's suggestion.

Re: I guess someone knocked my bike over
With Vinyl wrap you have more of a choice of colors, less chance of contamination and is cleaner to use but have to remove the panel.
Plastidip can be done without removing the panel and sprays on much like regular spray paint. It is removable like vinyl wrap but is open to contamination when spraying, can be messy like spray paint and requires layering and drying to get the best finish.
Plastidip is ideal for very irregular shapes and Vinyl for flat surfaces... I was (before the incident) going to spray my front wheel white and my rear red with plastidip... for this reason.
Both ways are easier to deal with than regular spray paint should further scratching occur.

Re: I guess someone knocked my bike over
Very sorry to read about your bike being knocked over. I can understand how you feel as that happened to me in June and my bike is still awaiting repair. Honda don't have any handlebars apparently - wankers that they are. No more Hondas for me - complete utter useless shits.
