04/08/14 - Millom bike show

With the weather forecast saying the rain and high winds would clear for the afternoon i made the 22mile ride to Millom for the Millom motorcycle and classic car show.Well the forecast was wrong again,it rained all afternoon.The show in it's 2nd year is organised by The Millom bikers group,with all the proffits going to the Great North Air Ambulance Service.I enjoyed a good wet couple of hours at the show,after a mug of tea in the village hall,i made my way home taking the longer way round Lake Coniston back to Grange-over-sands,Cumbria.Just a few pic's.

Dontcha just love the shape and style of that Cobra? even if it's a replica it's still my favorite car....one day...one day
