Can't ride by old Honda CB400A any more due to left knee and hip problem so an considering a scooter hence joining the forum.

Hi there, thats bad news about your knee and hip problem, however there are some good 300cc & 400cc Maxi Scooters around.

Welcome, My brother in Steeton Yorks has a Honda 400A, it was a good bike, very suitable for the Yorkshire Dales.
If you want a 125 an S-Wing or SH125 are good, a Burgman 400 would be my choice of a bigger scoot.
