Hi i have a burgman an400 k8 needs an oil change i have 3 litres of 5w40 fully synthetic would this be ok for the engine and hub oil change ?

Okay for engine just check manual for rear hub .Some use engine oil some gear oil

My book says same as the engine oil 180mil...did oil and filter today doing tranny oil tomorrow and a bit of lathe/mill work.
